# Simulen PTD Readiness Tool

> A free self-assessment for the EU Pay Transparency Directive (Directive (EU)
> 2023/970), published by Simulen Single Member P.C. Answer a short
> questionnaire and receive a scored, prioritised readiness report by email as a
> branded PDF. This origin (ptd.simulen.com) serves the tool only; the
> consultancy itself lives at https://simulen.com.

How it works:

- The questionnaire covers five readiness areas — Talent Acquisition,
  Organisational Effectiveness, Rewards, Pay & Career Progress, and Reporting.
- Each question is answered on a 0/25/50/75/100 scale; areas are weighted and
  rolled up into an overall score and a readiness band.
- The report names the gaps and returns a prioritised action list. It is sent to
  the respondent’s email address, with a copy to ptd@simulen.com.
- The tool gives an operational readiness view. It is not legal advice.
